Kris Silfies joined BEI Electrical as a Project Manager in June 2025, bringing more than 20 years of electrical and construction industry experience. His career began in the field as an apprentice and electrician, where he developed a strong technical foundation before advancing into roles in field supervision, service management, and project management.
Today, Kris oversees electrical construction projects across a variety of markets, managing everything from tenant fit-outs and renovations to large-scale, multimillion-dollar electrical installations. His broad industry experience and practical approach enable him to successfully navigate complex project challenges while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and field-focused perspective, Kris excels at coordinating teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. His expertise spans electrical power and lighting systems, building automation and controls, security systems, fire alarm systems, and mechanical system integration, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between field operations and project objectives.
Outside of work, Kris enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and coaching his two children in their various sports activities. His commitment to teamwork, both professionally and personally, reflects the values he brings to every project and client relationship.
