Jason German brings 22 years of experience in the electrical and construction industry, with a career built on hands-on field experience, leadership, and project management.
Jason began his career as a delivery driver and, within two years, transitioned into the field as an apprentice. After seven years of field experience, he began taking on responsibility for small projects, quickly demonstrating the leadership and technical skills needed to advance to Lead Foreman, where he successfully managed high-end projects.
In 2022, Jason was promoted to Project Supervisor, taking on greater responsibility for project coordination, field operations, crews, scheduling, and overall project execution. In 2025, he expanded his role further by becoming a National Project Superintendent, allowing him to oversee projects and support operations across multiple locations nationally.
Jason's professional qualifications include OSHA 10, OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications. His extensive field background, combined with years of leadership and supervisory experience, gives him a strong understanding of projects from the ground up—from installation and field coordination to successful project completion.
