Steve Borruso is the Director of Pre-Construction and was formerly the Lead Estimator for BEI Electrical. His career started as an electrical contractor in Florida. Through hard work, Steve worked his way up to a superintendent position. Once completing his apprenticeship program, he went on to receive both his Journeyman and Master Electrical license for the state of Florida. Later, he moved to Pennsylvania and received his Scranton Journeyman license. Steve has held many leadership roles including foreman, superintendent, and project manager before taking on his first estimating position in 2012. Outside of BEI, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his family.
