
Bryan Lieberman, President
Bryan Lieberman graduated from Northampton High School in 2004. He also studied at Bethlehem Area Vo-Tech School for 3 years and has loved his field ever since. He now has an Electrical Master Licenses in Allentown and is preparing to take his NJ Masters Test. Bryan started his career at BEI in March of 2010. He worked in the field for 2 years and has gradually grown within the company. He was a project manager and Vice President for some time with BEI. He is currently the President of BEI. Within BEI, Bryan also does estimating, project management work, and has office responsibilities as well as directing the Labor force requirements on all projects.
Bryan has a lot of knowledge and experience in his field. He is certified in OSHA, CPR, First-Aid, and Blood Born Pathogens. He also enjoys being a part of Bethlehem Area Vo-Tech School’s Electrical Advisory Committee and being a Skill’s USA VICA Judge.

Mike Youpa, Vice President
Michael J Youpa Sr., is Vice President. He has over ten plus years in the electrical industry. His work experience ranges from new and old residential work to various types of commercial projects throughout the Lehigh Valley. He currently holds a Master Electrician’s license.

Steve Statler, Project Manager
Steve graduated from Nazareth High School in 2005. His training began with an apprenticeship through a company registered with the Associated Builders and Contractors school. Steve has been in the electrical field since 2006. He currently holds a Master Electrician’s License and is a certified Level 1 thermographer. Steve will be pursuing a NJ Master license in the upcoming year. His responsibilities include estimating, project management, and is on the safety committee. He has completed large scale projects such as data centers and hospital facilities.

Carolyn McLaughlin, Office Manager
Carolyn has over twenty years experience working in an office setting, primarily in the construction industry. Since 2005 she has served as Office Manager for BEI Electrical.

Bill Dietrich, Consultant
Bill’s education began in Electronic Technician School of the U.S. Navy. He also studied Nuclear Physics & Power Plants in the U.S. Navy, as well as studying Electrical Engineering at Penn State University. Bill spent seven and a half years in the U.S. Navy working as a Nuclear Reactor Operator aboard submarines. From 1969 to 1973, he worked at an engineering firm in Reading, Pennsylvania. In the twenty-year timeframe from 1973 to 1993, he worked with electrical contractors in Wilkes Barre, Allentown, and Stroudsburg. Bill is currently a consultant for BEI; he also is a Project Manager, Electrical Designer, Estimator, Salesperson and does whatever else is needed. He is a Master Electrician and has certifications in OSHA, CPR and First Aid. He prides himself for being known as the best at what he does for his customers. The area he enjoys the most in the electrical business is meeting with clients, understanding their needs and wants and then developing their ideas into a fully designed and working electrical system. It gives him great joy to fulfill and exceed BEI’s clients’ expectations and to do this in a timely and affordable fashion.

Jason German, Supervisor
Jason German is a Supervisor, he has been with BEI for 12 years. Starting as a delivery driver, Jason went to night school for 2 years to become an electrician. He then spent 5 years in the field as a helper and electrician before being promoted to a foreman. The projects he has worked on include small tenant fit outs to large two story buildings. Jason specializes in Hospital/Medical facilities. Jason is currently a supervisor overseeing multiple projects in and around the Lehigh Valley.

Greg Konsevitch, Supervisor
Greg is a Project Supervisor for BEI Electrical. He has twenty-three years experience of which fifteen years have been spent working in an intensive industrial setting for manufacturing and includes High Voltage Distribution Systems. The past eight years he has enjoyed working with BEI Electrical supervising industrial and commercial projects along with high voltage and infrared testing.

Dean Weikel, Supervisor
Dean has been working at BEI for twelve years starting out as an Electrician Helper. He is now a Project Supervisor running projects ranging from tenant fitouts to large industrial projects. He is currently working on his Master Electrician license and has completed the OSHA Safety Certification.
